Cakes

today i baked a cake
it was a chocolate cake
first i put the ingrediants in to large bowl
the ingrediants are egg,oil,water,flour,baking powder,coco powder and butter.
the mix everything for 3 minutes
preheat the oven to 200'c
then bake for 35 minutes
at first i baked it i didnt know the tempature properly so it burned quite alot
so i tried to lower the tempature. until the time rang
i open it
the outside was burned but the inside was still in batter form
so i added the time for ten minutes and the finishing project was jz a chocolate cake
the taste was actually quite good but the texture was horrible.
I hav learned a lesson from this baking proses.
but it was the first time i baked a cake so ya it was quite messy.
I had chocolate all over my body
i know practice makes perfect.
I hope i can become the best chef in the world like gordon ramsay or jamie oliver.
